Kneecut Crash Course
Kneecut passing concepts and drills that have helped me win numerous world titles at almost every belt level, and now will help you!
The knee cut was one of the first passes I learned, and it quickly became a vital part of my passing game. While passing around the legs is extremely effective, the knee cut is a great way to start closing the distance to get in on a tight pass and surprise your opponent by going through their guard, instead of around. The knee cut can also open up many options in your passing game by flawlessly connecting to other passes, so you can continue to bombard your opponent until their guard is toast.
